OSU Loses, Michigan rejoices... oh and they got a new coach or something.

So, Michigan has a new basketball coach. From all indications, Beilein is a great coach and this seems like a good move on Michigan's part, well... unless you are one of those fans who thought Jesus Christ himself was going to fall down from heaven to coach the Wolverines.

In even happier news, Ohio State lost in the NCAA Tourney final, and here are a few pictures of the joyous occasion:

Thad Matta, prior to his head exploding.

Streamers rain down as Jamar Butler dejectedly leaves the court.

And Greg Oden actually looking non-robotic.

Ahh, schadenfreude... It's so wonderful.

Good for the Gators. Isn't this the 2ed time this year that they've owned OSU in National Championship games?

I was too distracted by the majesty of opening day to care about the end of a sport I don't regularly watch.

Yep. And they've won the basketball national championship two years in a row. I definitely didn't want them to win, but it's way better than OSU.
